How data is handled

1. Collection and purpose

When you use Otogenictech platforms we collect account details, support metadata, and interaction logs needed to route work and measure response time. We do not collect fields the operation does not use. Models and rules are configured to keep customer content inside the workspace you control.

2. Storage and jurisdiction

Primary systems are in the United Kingdom. Personal data for this website and for UK client workloads stays in UK facilities unless a written contract says otherwise. Movement of data is logged. You can ask where a given record lives.
